Delivery Information

Delivery to your front door is free for most of Mainland Britain. However, there will be a small surcharge added for delivery to some areas. Any applicable surcharges will be added during checkout. We do not ship outside of the British mainland, unfortunately.

Please provide a mobile number when you checkout so that a delivery slot can be offered to you via text message, which you will be able to either accept or reject. As delivery runs are planned separately, delivery dates will only be known after an order is processed and ready to dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer, or commit to, a specific delivery date in advance with the free delivery service but we may be able to arrange delivery on a specific date for you for an additional fee if you contact us for a quote.

Small furniture, except mirrors, may be shipped as parcels. In this case, providing the item is in stock, we can usually arrange delivery within a week.

Additional Surcharges and Information:

  • 2-man delivery into a room of your choice is available as an added extra on most deliveries. If you need your order to be delivered inside your property or up a flight of stairs, this is also required, although this won’t be an un-packing service.
  • Delivery slots are usually offered with at least 48 hours notice, though this may be subject to slight variation.
  • Deliveries are undertaken by trained drivers and handlers.


Re-Delivery and Storage Charges
If you are not available to receive a delivery within an agreed delivery slot, you may be asked to pay to arrange re-delivery.  If you are unable to accept your delivery before a specific date you may be asked to pay a storage fee unless you confirm this with us before you place your order.
