CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
If you have a change of heart after placing your order, you may cancel at any time prior to delivery. In most cases there will be no charge however, we do arrange collections via 3rd party couriers so, if we have already incurred delivery charges, you will need to cover these from your refund. Just contact us as soon as possible and, as soon as we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, we will let you know whether there are any charges and process the refund back to you. Please note, the refund could take a couple of days to complete.
RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
If you wish to return an item after delivery please notify us as quickly as possible, along with the reason for your return. We will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for any reason, however, unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. As soon as your returned item has been received, in exactly the same condition and using the original packaging within which it was delivered, you will receive a full refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We always strive to deliver the highest quality of furniture to our customers. However, if you believe that you have received a damaged or faulty product, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Please take 5 clear photographs of the fault and attach them to the order confirmation email address for us to review. You must retain the original packaging for re-packing during transit.
