CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
If you have a change of heart after placing your order, you may cancel at any time prior to delivery. All you need to do is contact us and, as soon as we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, we will process a full refund back to you. Please note, the refund could take a couple of days to complete.
RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
If you wish to return an item after delivery please notify us as quickly as possible, along with the reason for your return. We will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for any reason, however, unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. As soon as your returned item has been received, in exactly the same condition and using the original packaging within which it was delivered, you will receive a full refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We always strive to deliver the highest quality of furniture to our customers. However, if you believe that you have received a damaged or faulty product, we ask that you take photographs of the fault, contact us first using the contact form and then attach the photos to our email within 7 days of receiving the delivery. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
