Returns Policy

CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
If you have a change of heart after placing your order, you may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. All you need to do is contact us and, as soon as we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, we will process a full refund using the same method as your original payment.

RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
You have 14 days to change your mind on any purchase. If you wish to return an item, please notify us by phone or email along with the reason for your return. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. As soon as your returned item has been received, in the same condition and original packaging in which it was delivered, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment. If you paid by card, please allow 48 hours for the funds to appear back into your account. If you paid via Paypal, please allow 72 hours.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We always strive to deliver the highest quality of furniture to our customers. However, if you believe you have received a damaged or faulty product, we ask that you take photographs of the fault, contact us first using the contact form and then attach the photos to our email within 7 days of receiving delivery. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
