CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
If you have a change of heart after placing your order, you may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. All you need to do is contact us and, as soon as we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, we will process a full refund using the same method as your original payment.
RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
If you wish to return an item, please notify us by phone or email, as quickly as possible, along with the reason for your return. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. As soon as your returned item has been received, in exactly the same condition and the original packaging within which it was delivered, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We always strive to deliver the highest quality of furniture to our customers. However, if you believe you have received a damaged or faulty product, we ask that you take photographs of the fault, contact us first using the contact form and then attach the photos to our email within 7 days of receiving the delivery. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
